John McArthur:
CFO of H & H Services Group, LLC
A native of Memphis, John was able to live out his dream of playing football for the University of Memphis. During his tenure with the Tigers he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude and his Master’s of Science in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
John worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, quickly rising to a Director role. In his role as College Intern Director, John was crucial in the development and recruitment of the next generation of financial representatives. It was while working at Northwestern Mutual he met Les Hooper. As their friendship grew Les saw the enormous potential of bringing John on as CFO to help develop the new division of H&H Services Group, HMS Energy Solutions.
John brings his focus on strategic solutions analysis to further the business goals of HMS Energy Solutions, John has worked on cost accounting improvements that has brought a new perspective on the success of business management practices. In addition, John has been instrumental in the expansion of HMS Energy Solutions’ product line resulting in several new markets that has allowed significant growth in revenues year over year.
